During my time at The Game Assembly I made a total of 7 games. Every project lasted 8-10 weeks half-time (4 hours a day), and the groups consisted of 10-15 developers from the other disciplines (Programming, Technical Artist and Level Design). Every project was split into pre-prod, alpha, beta and gold, and we always used SCRUM to plan our time.
